Rochester and North Kent Music & Drama Festival (Registered Charity No. 287764) is a competitive festival, run by volunteers and registered with the Charity Commission. It is a member of the British and International Federation of Festivals.

We obtain your personal information when you either/or:

  1. Register an entry to the Festival.
  2. Volunteer at the Festival.
  3. Are engaged as an Adjudicator at the Festival.
  4. Ask us for more information about the Festival or contact us with a question or complaint.

The Personal Information we collect may include (but is not limited to) the following:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. Your contact with us – such as a note of a call you make to us, an email or letter you send to us or other records of any contact you have with us.

  1. Access to your personal data will be restricted to those personnel who administer the Festival.
